  Had my seconds ear piercings done here, great service and very caring staff. They said that only one lady in the salon was allowed to do the piercings and that she was trained in it for many years. When i met her she was lovely and considerate, told her about my horrible experience getting my firsts done and she reassured me that nothing like that would happen. she also told me that the reason that they only use medical plastic earrings at their salon is because most people are allergic to nickel (what other salons use). this was reassuring and my piercings were quick and painless. once my piercings were done, the lady asked me to come back in a few weeks and let her know how everything was going, showing to me that she cares about her customers. there was a quick healing time because i followed her care instructions and everything was all good. also salon was very clean and tidy as well as every procedure and appointment that they conduct being very hygenic and sterile. thankyou for a great experience here !!! xx

  Amazing place to get your hair done and eye brow wax and tinted ☺️ I’m sure their other services are just as amazing as these couple! I come here every 5-6 weeks and I can’t see my self going to another place as the quality of services is always the same which is perfection!. Icon Gallery also uses and sells high quality products as I notice in the past my hair wasn’t to this quality as it is now (as I dye it silvery blonde). So I am definitely a loyal customer forever

  I was a walk in with no appointment and needed my regrowth done. The two beautiful ladies working here were professional, personable, efficient and attentive. Lovely clean salon and a large number of services offered they did a great job on my hair and I was extremely happy with the result. Even my husband noticed. Prices are also reasonable. I'm from Wollongong and not a local and highly recommend.

  Walked in and asked about a piercing. Given a price of $30. When I Asked if they did needle or gun they said both. Asked if I could get pierced with a needle, the lady said it would go up to $70 if done with a needle. Gun was $30, needle was $70. She asked why I wanted it done with a needle, I said I didn't like the guns as they don't heal quicker or better. She then begun to talk to me in such a rude why, like a why in which I didn't know what I was talking about. I walked out, I will get my piercing somewhere else for a better price.
  1. Why does the price go from $30 to a gun, to $70 when do with a needle? that is over the top.
  2. She acted like she didn't want to work there and took it out on me. I do not understand why some people who are working have to be so rude.
  Will not be going there again!

  Needed a simple toner to fix brassiness in the roots, this was not achieved and felt as if there was little desire to actually do what I asked for. Also was quoted $35 but charged $45 without indication of why the price went up. Went to a completely different salon a couple of days later with lovely service and they did exactly what I asked for.
