  Overall a good place to see movies but one thing I've found is there are never enough seats to sit on before entering the movies. Often you will have 10 or 15 mins where your waiting in the foyer to get into the cinema and you can rarely ever get a seat.

  Saw Block buster new release in cinema 1 and it was the worst cinema experience I have ever had. Seats are old and uncomfortable, no cup holders and I had springs sticking in my butt. The seats are also poorly staggered/aligned so my film had a giant head in the middle courtesy of the person in the row ahead of me. The sound was abysmal, lights on the side walls are on low during the screening and distract from the movie. Also distracting was the open door where we entered and the staff going in and out of a small side room all film. Never seen so many people get up and walk in and out of a movie, every time blocking views and distracting from the movie. So many people checking their phones and the noise of snack food bags being constantly pillaged was made worse by the awful acoustics. An absolute disgrace of a "cinema" and a waste of good money. A great film completely ruined. Will never go back to that cinema.

  Went to gold class and ordered food and drinks. Staff were great, but the food was twice the price it should have been and the chicken wings were black and charcoal. Due to the lack of light we couldn't see until we ate a piece.
  No apologies just a grunt and some replacement wedges.
  Insanely expensive poor quality food.

  Great location, close to all the cafes, restaurants and shops.
  
  The cinema is outdated, it definitely needs an update.
  
  Lots of choices when it comes to movies.
  
  The staff are friendly and helpful.

  Went Gold Class and had a great time. First class service from well dressed, polite, very efficient staff. Very comfortable, clean waiting lounge, with separate toilets from the rest of the theatre complex. Very comfortable, reclining theatre seats, with room for bags and coats between the seats, and a small table set between and forward of each pair of seats. Good selection of good quality drinks. Great food - fresh, hot, good sized portions delivered to our seats when promised, and on plates well suited to the small table. Plates and glasses were cleared away quickly and discreetly. Fresh food and drinks also delivered quickly and discreetly. We were even offered an after dinner mint on the way out. Thank you to all the staff for a great evening. This is the way service should be delivered, and you are a credit to Regent Cinemas and to Albury/Wodonga. Not a cheap night, but well worth the money, and we will definitely be going back.
