  Communication brake down, I asked was there a sofa bed in the apartment we booked into and explained why it was needed. I was told, “no”.
  What they should have told me was yes there is, not to use it due to it was broken and they didn’t say this.
  Not releasing it was broken till the next morning after being used I feel the staff didn’t communicate this information properly, then an extra fee was charge for the use of it, the cost of this apartment was already expensive for one night.
  I call to question this extra charge and still communication with the staff member has not listened or meet the requirements I asked for in the apartment. The sofa bed should have been removed before we took the apartment so this doesn’t happen again. It is a nice apartment but disappointed ☹️ with reception.

  Carpark is tight to get into and out of. Rooms are nice. Bed is comfortable. Located next to a car park where ppl like doing burnouts at night.

  Stayed here the last 5 years we come up every march in a group. pricing is the only down side I understand everything has increased but yeah still price has almost gone up 100 extra for the same room per Night

  We stayed here recently for a work trip, and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and we appreciated the little extra touches in the rooms such as personal welcome notes and chocolate. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel is very conveniently located.
  Highly recommended for business stays - we'll be back next time we're in Albury.

  Central location to everything.
  Helpful & easy for late check in.
  Paid carpark but not secure. Might as well have parked on the street.
  Bed as stiff as a fence post.
  And to top it off, housekeeping walking in on you in the morning while the door is “locked”!
  Worst Quest I have stayed at :(

  Really enjoyed our stopover in Albury. Quest on Townsend is ideally located 1 block away from all the shopping you would ever need. Fresh modern decor and spacious rooms made our stay a very pleasant one indeed. Will definitely come again.
