The package arrived so quickly, within a few days, and everything had been carefully and thoughtfully packed. It was December, and my order came with a lovely handwritten seasons greetings message and some samples. Really made my day! This kind of service and care is so rare these days. Absolutely love the wallet and snacks I bought, and I highly recommend the Eco Store for great ethical purchases.

I sent back an item the first week of December that was DAMAGED and only just (5 weeks later) have my money refunded. Barbara is extremely rude and tried to LIE and say there was no fault with the shirt. WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE BUY FROM HERE. A MASSIVE THUMBS DOWN FROM ME!!!!!
